About the Role
As a Conflicts Attorney, you will work in the OGC office, advising on engagement letters, conflicts, waivers, and ethics walls. You will be responsible for understanding and implementing compliance programs, outside counsel guidelines, and terms of engagement, while preparing client responses related to conflicts.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Knowledge of ethic wall systems and compliance programs.
- Understanding of outside counsel guidelines.
- Familiarity with terms of engagement.
Preferred:
- Experience advising on engagement letters and conflicts waivers.
- Ability to prepare client responses regarding conflicts.
