About the Role
As a Construction/Maintenance Admr III, you will manage and supervise construction/maintenance technicians and licensed trades specialists. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, managing budgets, evaluating bids, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will also oversee the movement and operation of heavy construction equipment and prepare various reports to validate the facility maintenance program.
About You
Required:
Six years of experience in skilled building trade or maintenance work, including three years of supervising employees.
Knowledge of applicable construction or maintenance trade, federal and state laws, and principles of management and effective supervision.
Preferred:
Experience in project management for facility maintenance projects.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
