Lamar Advertising Company is seeking a Construction - Billboard Installer to join their team in Springfield, IL. The role involves installing and maintaining billboards, including the installation of advertisements and upkeep of billboard structures.
About the Role
As a Billboard Installer, you will work independently to install and maintain billboards, ensuring safety and quality in your work. Your responsibilities will include handling large vinyl advertisements, performing maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts and changing light bulbs, and using power/manual tools while adhering to safety regulations. You will also be expected to manage your work schedule effectively and document installations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction course.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. above ground.
- Construction and/or billboard installation experience.
- CDL and Non-CDL licenses.
