About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 10 years related experience in architecture and/or construction profession.
- Professional Associates, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
- Delivered at least five large ground-up buildings in Construction Administration.
- Strong understanding of local State and Municipal Building Codes.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to work primarily in REVIT and Bluebeam.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and strong analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Architectural and/or Interior Design principles.
