- Prior experience in construction administration or project administration.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting federal, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with construction management software.
- Working knowledge of construction practices and document control procedures.
