Ackerman Plumbing, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join their team in Sarasota, FL. The role involves supporting the operational backbone of the construction production team through project setup, system integrity, pay application preparation, and production reporting.
About the Role
As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining project system integrity and supporting production reporting across the construction department. Your tasks will include project turnover and setup, configuring projects in Procore and Sage Intacct, preparing pay applications, and producing production dashboards. You will ensure alignment between Preconstruction, Operations, and Accounting, and maintain accurate project documentation.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction administration or project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Procore.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or other Sage ERP systems.
- Understanding of job cost structures, cost codes, change order processes, pay applications, and WIP reporting.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Ability to support cross-functional coordination between Operations, Preconstruction, and Accounting.
- Experience in producing production reporting and job cost analysis.
