About the Role
As a Construction Coordinator, you will provide technical project supervision and guidance in managing the administrative, commercial, and technical components of assigned projects. You will oversee project performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineers on high voltage transmission line designs, managing project budgets, and supporting the design team with constructability reviews and project documentation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline, or demonstrated proven equivalent experience.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience as a certified high voltage lineman or substation wireman, and/or Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of transmission line construction procedures, specifications, drawings, and estimates.
- Competent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office suite products.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or equivalent certification.
- OSHA 30-hour safety certification or similar training credential.
- Experience managing field operations for major infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other enterprise scheduling software.
