Summary
STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Construction Cost Analyst to join their team in Denver, Colorado. The role involves assisting the Finance and Construction teams with invoice and cost reporting, administration, and support of finance and accounting systems for construction activities.
About the Role
As a Construction Cost Analyst, you will prepare monthly invoicing and cost summaries related to construction activities, create projects and purchase orders, track capital commitments, review project variances, and ensure compliance with accounting policies. You will also perform data research and analysis to support the Construction and Finance teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Procore.
- 2 years of construction analysis or cost accounting experience.
