Summary

Tepa Companies is seeking a Construction Intern for Summer 2026 to join their team at the Fort Benning, GA project site. The role involves assisting with various construction management tasks and gaining exposure to the industry.

About the Role

As a Construction Intern, you will assist with field execution support of construction projects, estimating, scheduling, developing bid packages, issuing RFIs, and coordinating submittals. You will observe and supervise construction activities, assist with project closeout activities, interact with design professionals and construction management teams, track and forecast project budgets, enforce safety measures, and organize project meetings.

About You

Required:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited program.
Must be within two years of graduation (Rising Junior/Rising Senior).
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.

Preferred:

Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
