- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Must be within two years of graduation (Rising Junior/Rising Senior).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
