About the Role
As a Construction Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective litigation strategies, drafting and reviewing construction contracts, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings. You will also conduct legal research and collaborate with other attorneys to ensure the best representation for clients.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction litigation.
- Proficient in dispute resolution with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex disputes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Admitted to practice law in the state or willing to obtain admission.
- Strong understanding of construction law and the construction industry.
