AFL is seeking a Construction Manager - DAS/BTS to lead fast-paced DAS and/or BTS projects in the southeastern US. The role involves executing job plans, coordinating logistics, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
About the Role
As a Construction Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and lead teams remotely at project sites. Your responsibilities include conducting feasibility walks, preparing project reports, coordinating multiple projects, assembling communication equipment, and ensuring safety on job sites. You will also manage customer relations and adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree in a related field or a minimum of five years equivalent experience in a similar technical management position.
- Extensive relevant technical experience with iDAS, oDAS, BTS, and repeater systems.
Preferred:
- Current industry-related licenses and certifications.
- Familiarity with business concepts related to information technologies and networking.
