About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in industrial construction, including significant experience with power plant or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in gas turbine power plant construction (simple cycle, combined cycle, cogeneration).
- Strong background managing subcontractors, QA/QC, site logistics, and field engineering.
- Experience with data centre power plant or large electrical infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction practices, standards, and regulatory requirements for power generation systems.
- Experience with scheduling and construction management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
