About the Role
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling project resources, conferring with supervisory personnel and contractors, assisting in budget preparation, planning and directing construction activities, inspecting projects for compliance with safety codes, and managing construction methods. You will also supervise workers, implement quality assurance programs, and handle project delays and emergencies.
About You
Required:
- Proven working experience in tower construction management.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Extensive knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules and regulations.
- Understanding of all facets of the tower construction process.
- Familiarity with project management software.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
- Six years of experience in tower construction management.
- ATT RAN experience.
