About the Role
As a Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative, you will coordinate with contractors, municipal agencies, and internal teams to oversee project execution. Your responsibilities include addressing construction-related issues, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with specifications and building codes. You will also promote a safety-first work environment and manage project closeout processes.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 4+ years’ proven experience in the construction and civil engineering industries.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and technologies, including the ability to interpret contracts, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Valid OR or WA driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Construction cost estimating experience.
