About the Role
As an MEP Construction Manager, you will supervise on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with building codes, perform inspections, develop execution plans, and conduct quality control inspections. You will also travel as needed to oversee multiple project sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of field experience in construction management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with a strong understanding of industry codes and standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Primavera.
Preferred:
- Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel at juggling schedules and budgets.
