About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 5 years of experience working with design documents, contract documents, and specifications.
- Knowledge of CPM Scheduling.
- Ability to implement Quality and Safety Plans.
- OSHA Training required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Microsoft Project/Primavera.
- Detailed knowledge of City and State building codes.
