About the Role
As the CMT Laboratory Manager, you will direct daily laboratory operations, develop technical procedures, maintain certifications, manage equipment, mentor staff, and conduct field visits to support testing operations in various conditions.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a construction materials or geotechnical laboratory.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of alertness and operate safely in all conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in construction-related discipline.
- Certifications such as ACI Grade I, NICET Level I/II, or applicable DOT certifications.
