About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will direct day-to-day job site activities, manage project costs and schedules, and resolve project issues. You will oversee internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to codes and standards while fostering a culture of safety and quality. Responsibilities include managing project progress, vendor relations, contract administration, and leading training programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction project management, or related field.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in mission critical construction project management, particularly in data centers or similar environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of MEP technology associated with mission critical environments.
- Customer focused, self-motivated, and flexible.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practices.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Experience developing new data center projects.
- Experience leading an internal cross-functional team.
