Summary
AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager - Commercial High Rise to join their team in Sacramento, CA. The role involves overall management administration of a high-rise hospitality project, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce company and project policies, and maintain close client interface. You will be responsible for establishing project-specific objectives and policies, and you will have significant profit/loss responsibility for the assigned construction project.
About You
Required:
- BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum and 6 years of construction project management experience, or AA/AS and 8 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED and 10 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred:
- Strong experience in core and shell construction.
- Experience in high rise construction and structural construction.
- Experience in ground up commercial construction.
- Proficiency with construction documentation such as RFI, RFP, proposals, change order management, etc.
- Proficiency in construction software such as CMiC, Procore, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience working on construction projects in excess of 300MM.
- Hospitality, casino, hotel, high rise construction experience strongly preferred.
