About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct construction safety oversight experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Safety Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and mitigate risks.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar safety management software.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (must be obtained within the last 5 years).
- OSHA 510 certification required.
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences construction experience.
- BCSP credentials such as STS-C, CHST, or CSP highly preferred.
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
