About the Role
As a Construction Site Manager, you will act as the Site Team Leader responsible for managing all on-site functions for construction and maintenance projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing subcontractor management, project setup, contract changes, and ensuring safety policies are implemented. You will also liaise with engineering teams and manage project costs and scheduling to meet contract obligations.
About You
Required:
- Must be US Citizen and eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience in managing concurrent multiple projects and subcontractors.
- 15+ years in construction in a supervisory capacity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Clear Criminal Background Check required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree preferred.
- Experience in decarbonization, energy transition, and sustainability.
