About the Role
As a Construction Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising all construction activities, directing field personnel, maintaining construction schedules, promoting job site safety, and ensuring quality workmanship. You will also be involved in hiring and training construction workers, estimating materials and manpower, and maintaining communication with the Project Manager regarding project progress and issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5 years of construction experience as a Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, or Project Manager.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience working for the USACE, NAVFAC, DoE, or DoD.
- Familiarity with EM 385-1-1.
- Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
