About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 or more years of experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Risk Consulting field OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Risk Consulting field OR
- Zurich Certified Apprentice, including an Associates degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Risk Engineering area.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in both independent and team environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or equivalent.
- 20 or more years of combined experience in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering consulting.
- Advanced knowledge of construction processes, quality management, and associated risks.
- Experience with data center construction and energy projects.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E Standards and hazard identification & mitigation skills.
- Professional certifications: CCM, P.E., PMP, AIA, LEED AP, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
