About the Role
As a Consultant at ECG, you will be part of a dynamic consulting team, collaborating with top professionals to develop innovative solutions in healthcare. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, using financial modeling for strategy recommendations, drafting project deliverables, and communicating effectively with clients and project teams. You will also engage in continuous learning across various divisions of ECG, ensuring a diverse and enriching consulting experience.
About You
Required:
- Passion for the healthcare industry.
- Prior work experience in healthcare consulting and/or hospital administration/operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in business administration and/or a health-related field.
- Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Track record of strong client service.
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities.
