tax.com is seeking a Consultant, Innovation Lab to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves gathering requirements and assisting in work planning, development, and validation testing for Innovation Lab cross-functional enterprise initiatives as part of an Agile and Scrum team.
About the Role
As a Consultant in the Innovation Lab, you will work closely with a Project Manager and Subject-Matter Experts to ensure project goals are met within specified timeframes. Your responsibilities will include participating in project planning, maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing business processes for tax automation, and developing documentation related to business and technical requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Business Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Fluency in at least one programming language, scripting language, or automation platform.
- Experience with one or more database platforms.
