About You
- Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years’ work experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 5+ years of related industry experience.
- Updated Certifications and training in Administering / Configuring Windows Server Hybrid, On-Demand Migration for M365, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
- A curious mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive work ethic focused on customer responsiveness.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
