About the Role
As a Consultant Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting research, inspections, and developing construction plans and specifications for load-bearing structures. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to ensure project work meets industry standards for design, safety, and functionality. Your tasks will include analyzing data from various sources, preparing technical reports, and maintaining quality control standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant post-education experience in structural engineering discipline.
- Proficient knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with design and construction management.
- Working knowledge of relevant structural and civil construction laws and regulations.
- Ability to make technical computations and calculations.
- Project management experience with small to mid-level projects.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Proficiency with technical writing and discipline-specific design software.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Essential Professional Licensure/Certification.
