ERM is seeking a committed Consulting Associate, Engineering (Entry Level) to join their Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves supporting clients' needs for decommissioning, decontamination, and demolition of industrial assets.
About the Role
As a Consulting Associate, Engineering, you will be part of a project team responsible for planning and assisting with DDD projects, reviewing contractor submittals, supporting site investigations, serving as a Field Safety Officer, and communicating with project managers and field teams. You will also assist in business development activities and maintain safety records.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering field (preferably chemical, civil, or structural) or a degree in occupational health, safety, or industrial hygiene, or 8+ years of related experience.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and uncertainty.
- Willingness to travel throughout and outside the United States.
Preferred:
- Experience in heavy construction, demolition, or remediation-specific project execution.
- Strong commitment to safety and implementing Health and Safety protocols.
