- 10+ years of combined experience in Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
- At least 5 years of related sales experience in the Metals Industry.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with consultative sales approaches.
- Ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization.
