Your responsibilities include assessing market conditions, participating in cross-functional project teams, reviewing offer packages, and supporting incentive plan administration.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Finance experience.
- Exceptional/advanced Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong technical skills to create presentations and analysis for senior leaders.
- Proven consulting skills to manage business goals through HR/Compensation strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and sustain strong partnerships with clients and colleagues.
- Well-developed analytical skills and strong planning/project management skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

- Direct compensation experience.
