About the Role
As a Consumer Banking Relationship Specialist, you will utilize your knowledge of banking products and services to engage customers in meaningful conversations, uncover their financial needs, and make appropriate recommendations. Your responsibilities will include opening and servicing deposit accounts, processing transactions, and collaborating with team members to promote a positive and helpful environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience interacting with people and displaying excellent service skills.
- Basic knowledge of personal finance and household budgeting.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of, experience with, and ability to explain bank products, online banking, mobile banking applications, banking cards, etc.
- Experience in retail customer service and/or sales.
- NMLS preferred (required for lending activities).
