About the Role
As a Consumer Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing TRID Loan Estimates and other Early Disclosures for consumer real estate loans, ordering necessary due diligence, coordinating with lenders and underwriters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also respond to inquiries from loan originators and underwriters and perform other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Two to four years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memoranda.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and/or legal documents.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the requirements and features of loan products offered by the bank.
- Experience with MS Office programs and Jack Henry Platform.
