About You
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience in the financial industry.
- Minimum of 5+ years related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of consumer lending, bank operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High level of commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication and client service skills.
- Capacity to manage, prioritize, and stay organized while working with high volume, time-sensitive transactions and tasks.
- Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges.
