About You
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in public contact/customer service.
- Relevant experience involving public contact and/or customer service relating to consumer or utility issues.
- Knowledge of utility issues and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

The Pennsylvania Attorney General is the chief law enforcement officer in the Commonwealth, but the office also does extensive work in consumer protection and provides resources for a variety of issues.
