Summary

About the Role
As a Consumer Services Coordinator, you will participate in the development and evaluation of program plans, document and complete necessary forms, advocate for individuals served, and attend interdisciplinary meetings. You will also identify barriers to service delivery and implement culturally sensitive strategies, while rotating officer-of-the-day duties and providing emergency on-call services as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field.
- Two years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a related subject may substitute for experience.
Preferred:
- Understanding of family systems and person-centered planning.
- Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Outlook.
