Summary
Domo is seeking a Consumption Pricing Analyst to join their team in American Fork, UT. The role involves analyzing and optimizing usage-based pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer value.
About the Role
As a Consumption Pricing Analyst at Domo, you will analyze consumption data and market benchmarks to identify pricing and packaging optimization opportunities. You will develop and maintain analytical models to predict and measure revenue, credit usage, and customer retention. Additionally, you will support go-to-market teams with consumption reporting and respond to customer pricing escalations. Monitoring key consumption KPIs and partnering with Product and Data Engineering to ensure accurate customer usage data for analytics will also be part of your responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years’ experience in pricing/consumption analytics, revenue management, product analytics, or similar role in SaaS/technology.
- Strong skills with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms; Python and Domo a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Previous experience or familiarity with SaaS business models, usage-based pricing models, value metrics, unit economics, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills—able to translate data insights into business actions.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, operating independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for data, analytics, and problem solving.
