About the Role
As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing support to patients and their families in a team-based care environment. Your tasks will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective communication while adhering to the mission of Salud.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from High School or equivalent required.
- One year of general office and/or Call Center experience required.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is preferred.
- Knowledge of multi-line phones.
- Ability to determine an emergency situation and take appropriate action.
- Sensitivity to indigent and ethnic minority communities.
- Effective written or oral communication skills.
