About the Role
As a Contact Center Member Service Rep. II, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by answering inbound calls, performing complex member transactions, logging and tracking calls, and meeting set service goals. You will also maintain knowledge of MCU products and services, cross-sell additional offerings, and adhere to regulatory compliance training.
About You
Required:
- 1-2 years’ Call Center experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent member service skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Retail banking experience.
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
