About the Role
As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with account management, loans, and online banking services. Your daily tasks will include answering questions, solving issues, and recommending tailored financial solutions. You will work closely with your team to achieve service and sales goals while embodying the company's service promise of respect, empathy, and ownership in every interaction.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer/Member Service experience, preferably in a Financial Institution setting.
Preferred:
- Loan processing experience.
- IRA experience.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Strong phone etiquette and pleasant demeanor.
