- 8+ years of experience in leading a commerce team at a major publisher.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including application of AP style.
- Well-versed in using data and reporting tools to inform editorial ideas.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Chartbeat) and data tools such as Excel.
- Experience with WordPress and SEO tools such as Ahrefs.
- Passionate about service journalism and delivering quality shopping content.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative work ethic and obsessive attention to detail.
- Curiosity and willingness to adapt and evolve strategies.
