About You
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in practicing LEAN methodologies.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- 3-5+ years of experience in teaching and implementing CI/Lean methodologies.
- Experience with heavy machinery/equipment within a service-focused operation.
- Lean SS Green Belt Certification, PMP and/or APICS CPIM experience.
