About You
- Demonstrated leadership, technical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with federal regulations in respect of DOT, FRA, and FTA.
- Law degree (admitted to practice in a U.S. or foreign jurisdiction) and/or commercial project management experience, and/or contract management experience.
- Experience preparing and defending claims against/from customers and suppliers.
- Excellent claim drafting and defense skills.
- Validated experience identifying risks and opportunities.
- Ability to deliver high-quality contract advice and draft related correspondence within defined timeframes.
