About the Role
As a Contract Counselor/Instructor, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and initiation of all class programs and recreational activities. You will ensure the safety of participants, implement lesson plans, and adhere to City policies. The role requires excellent behavior management skills and effective communication with parents and staff. You will also maintain reports and records, provide instructions, and perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
About You
Required:
Attending or completion of high school or GED required.
CFS 40-hour training required within one (1) year of hire if assigned to specific programs.
Preferred:
Experience in planning and organizing recreational activities.
Strong skills in behavior management and communication.
