You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the mission of revitalizing the community.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one (1) year experience in customer service.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and math.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility in a dynamic service environment.
