About the Role
As a Contract Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day onsite facilities management for a government medical treatment facility program. You will oversee a diverse team, ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements, direct preventive maintenance and repairs, and maintain program documentation. You will also serve as the primary interface between the customer and the company, delivering exceptional site leadership and customer service.
About You
Required:
- Ten (10) years' experience in medical/health care facility operations and maintenance, including two (2) years of supervision of a diversified workforce responsible for 24/7 operations.
- Technical qualification in Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Management or a BS Degree in engineering with five (5) years' experience in medical/health care facility operations.
Preferred:
- Experience with NFPA, EPA, TJC, CMS, OSHA codes and standards.
- Experience using DMLSS CMMS.
