Legacy Executive Search is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing advanced legal support, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
About the Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, including drafting and revising commercial agreements, maintaining contract templates, and administering the Contract Management System (CLM). You will communicate effectively with internal teams and third parties, prepare reports, and support legal education and training initiatives.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA in a related discipline.
- 5-8+ years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in both oral and written English, including strong contract-drafting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization and externally.
- Demonstrated experience supporting CLM implementation projects.
Preferred:
- Previous in-house experience.
- Paralegal Certificate.
- Certified Ironclad CLM Solution Administration or ability to obtain certification.
