Summary
Ziply Fiber is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team in the Greater Seattle Area for a temporary position lasting 9-12 months. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting efforts and driving hiring success across multiple functions.
About the Role
As a Contract Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted interview questions and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using various sourcing tools. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a full cycle recruiter in a fast-paced organization within Telecommunications, Technology or other related technical industry.
- Proven recruiting experience supporting evergreen roles across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and/or technical organizations.
- Strong experience owning end-to-end pipeline development for evergreen roles.
- Advanced sourcing expertise using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled recruiting platforms.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Ability to work regular business hours aligned to Pacific Time.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with behavioral, situational, and technical interview questions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with analyzing and reporting recruiting metrics.
