About the Role
As a Contract Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, prepare and analyze complex financial data, conduct variance analysis, and implement ERP systems. You will also provide strategic support to senior management and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proven experience with ERP implementation.
- Exceptional data analytics skills.
- Proficient in cost accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- MBA degree.
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional designation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing goals through collaboration.
