About the Role
As a Contract Services Coordinator, you will serve as the fiduciary and subject-matter expert for DSS, managing contract formation, negotiation, execution, monitoring, amendment, and close-out. You will coordinate with various program areas, support procurement processes, maintain contract documentation, and ensure compliance with governing rules. Additionally, you will manage financial tracking tools, provide cost analysis for budget preparation, and develop automated workflow platforms.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree in business, economics, procurement, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in procurement, contract or bid management, finance, accounting, or related government operations.
Preferred:
- Procurement or contract certification(s).
- Governmental or public-sector finance experience.
- Paralegal or legal contract administration experience.
